Die Avalon VLF-Serie ist in verschiedenen Automatisierungsgraden erhältlich, die sich an Ihren bevorzugten Arbeitsablauf und die verfügbare Stellfläche anpassen lassen, und bietet dabei stets erstklassige Bebilderungsqualität. Branchenführende Produktivität

Dank der fortschrittlichen Laserdiodentechnologie und der doppelten Plattenbebilderung bieten die Avalon VLF-Maschinen klassenbeste Produktivität und Durchsatzgeschwindigkeit. Kombinieren Sie sie beispielsweise mit der Energy Elite Eco-Druckplatte, um nicht weniger als 70 B1-Platten pro Stunde zu produzieren und dennoch Ergebnisse in Premiumqualität zu erzielen.

Weitere produktivitätssteigernde Optionen sind je nach Modell die doppelte Plattenbeladung und die Doppelbebilderung. Die meisten Maschinen können auch mit einem Multikassettenlader und einem Palettenlader aufgerüstet werden. Die Plattenbeladung der Avalon VLF-Modelle kann mit einem speziell angefertigten Plattenladeroboter automatisiert werden.

Pressen stanzen

Für diejenigen, die einen zusätzlichen Produktivitätsschub benötigen, ist ein Stanzsystem für die VLF-Motoren Avalon C und Avalon N erhältlich, das die Rüstzeit erheblich verkürzt. Durch Hinzufügen von optionalen Stanzblöcken können bebilderte Platten direkt in Druckmaschinen mit unterschiedlichen Stanzungen geladen werden, was die Effizienz beim Einrichten erhöht.

Erweiterte Integration

ECO3 hat bei der Integration der Avalon-Serie jedes Element berücksichtigt, das die CtP-Effizienz beeinflusst.
