ELIO Hybrid supports a wide range of label substrates up to 450 mm, including coated and uncoated papers, PP, PE, PET, transparent films, and specialty materials. Its advanced media control system - including skew adjustment, crash protection, corona treatment, double-sided dust removal, anti-static technology, inspection table, and water-cooled rollers - ensures smooth media handling, consistent print quality and reliable production across diverse label applications.

With up to eight color channels, ELIO Hybrid lets converters go beyond standard printing and create labels with exceptional color impact. Additional channels, including white, orange, green, and violet, expand the color gamut, enabling accurate brand reproduction, vibrant images, and premium visual effects. Combined with optional digital varnishing or cold foil, ELIO Hybrid enables converters to create distinctive labels with enhanced finishes, tactile effects and greater shelf impact.

ELIO Hybrid combines advanced Kyocera print head technology with intelligent ink recirculation, precision temperature control, and integrated water cooling to deliver exceptional print stability and consistent quality throughout the longest production runs. Its dual print unit architecture allows one unit to print while the other remains in a moisturizing position, maximizing uptime, reducing maintenance, and ensuring reliable long-term performance. With its 1200 dpi resolution and ultra-fine 2 and 4 pl drop sizes, ELIO Hybrid delivers exceptional detail, smooth gradients, and sharp reproduction of even the finest text and graphics. Built on proven piezo technology, the print heads provide consistent, reliable performance for the highest-quality label applications.

ECO3's APOGEE Digital workflow software ensures precise file processing and reliable rendering from submission through production. Its integrated preflight functionality automatically checks files at any stage, helping operators identify potential issues and ensuring files meet printing requirements before production begins. With built-in Pantone color library support and advanced color management, APOGEE Digital enables accurate spot color reproduction and consistent color matching across jobs and re-runs. 

Optional modules such as coating, priming, lamination, in-line print inspection, and intelligent detection and calibration are designed to maintain color consistency, print accuracy and process stability.
