MAGIS PRO-Eco 300+ is an all-in-one system with a compact design and easy access for mounting and washing aqueous flexo printing plates. The plates are fixed to the upper platen and cleaned by orbital motion using a set of brushes. The system also has removable drawers for exposing, drying and light finishing at the highest quality level. Using LED UV exposure, MAGIS PRO Eco 300+ avoids the warm-up delays of traditional lamps, lowers energy needs, and provides more stable operation.

Uses LED UV technology
Instead of traditional light bulbs, MAGIS PRO-Eco 300+ uses UV LED lighting for plate exposure, The steady, uniform output of LED ensures consistent plate quality across jobs, while eliminating the hassle of frequent lamp changes and recalibrations. LEDs also use less power and do not need to warm up. This reduces both operating and labor costs.
