The journey begins in Pace, where a customer service representative or estimator converts an estimate into a job. With just a few clicks, the job is submitted directly to Apogee Prepress, automatically populating the system with all relevant job details, customer information, and production specs.
Once the job is created, the customer receives an email invitation to upload their print-ready files via the WebApproval portal. The intuitive interface allows them to drag and drop their PDFs, which are then uploaded directly into Apogee. The system immediately begins rendering single-page proofs for review. Customers can inspect, approve or comment on each proof.
Once all pages are approved, Apogee automatically proceeds with plate making. Real-time cost data flows back into Pace. This ensures accurate billing, better scheduling, and full transparency for both the printer and the customer.
