Energy Elite Eco is an advanced, highly robust no-bake thermal printing plate for commercial and packaging applications, including UV ink jobs. It delivers excellent imaging quality and supports 340 lpi Sublima screening and 20-micron FM screening, with stable 1–99% dot reproduction. Its efficient use of chemistry reduces consumption and maintenance, while delivering optimal ecological benefits when combined with the Arkana smart processor.
This future-proof plate is compliant with important ecolabels such as Blue Angel and Nordic Swan. In combination with the Arkana processor, NO rinse water is needed since Arkana's patented gum cascade system cleans and protects the plates in a single step.
Energy Elite Eco's dual-layer coating technology eliminates the need for any pre- or post-baking, saving space, time and money. When using a conventional processor, efficient chemistry use extends bath life to over 15,000 m². Reduced chemical replenishment rates lead to further cost and waste savings. To maximize savings, an Arkana smart processor is recommended.
Energy Elite Eco plates are suitable for a variety of different applications and press conditions, offering you flexibility and optimal performance. The plate supports a 1-99% dot resolution, without dot loss, using 340 lpi Sublima screening or 20 micron FM screening.
The robustness and scratch resistance of Energy Elite Eco plates enable us to print 260 to 300,000 copies with a single set of plates.

Energy Elite Eco offers quality-consistent printing results at 1-99% dot resolution and without dot loss.
Energy Elite Eco perfectly fits into the ECO3 philosophy, designed with a dedication to ecology, economy, and extra convenience. Combined with standard processors, the printing plate affects a significant decrease in waste production and chemicals used. It also allows for a longer bath life and less frequent, easier processor maintenance. Processors can be cleaned using standard tap water.
